FMCSA Extends Emergency Declaration due to COVID19

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) announced it is extending the Emergency Declaration related to COVID-19 until July 14, 2020. All of the requirements and applicability outlined in the original and expanded declaration remain in effect, and have not changed.
