3-VEHICLE CRASH LEADS TO 4 CASES OF INJURY IN NEBRASKA

Multivehicle crashes are some of the worst because they result in multiple impacts. A person who is struck once might have minor or moderate injuries, but a second impact from another vehicle could cause more severe injuries.

After a significant multivehicle crash, obtaining fair compensation is a necessity. It helps cover the cost of medical care, and it can also help you make up for other losses, like missing work.

One mistake can lead to multiple people suffering serious injuries. Take, for example, this case out of Nebraska. Just north of Lincoln, a three-vehicle crash resulted in four people being sent to the hospital. The crash, which occurred at around 4:30 p.m., allegedly happened as a Toyota Corolla ran a stop sign and hit a Jeep. The two vehicles went on to collide with a Buick.

The crash led to four people being sent to the hospital including a 21-year-old man, a 9-year-old boy, a 26-year-old man and a 62-year-old woman. The three older victims all suffered critical injuries, while the child was taken to the hospital for minor injuries.

Unfortunately, running a stop sign can lead to serious crashes like this one where multiple people could have lost their lives. Even without passing away, those who suffer such severe injuries may have many months or years of recovery to go through in the future.

If you are involved in a crash like this one, don’t be scared to seek legal support. Your injuries are serious, and you deserve to be able to seek compensation to cover the cost of your care.
